
🌿 Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Oleajoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
🔥 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a small bowl, mix Oleajoy Olive Oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, lime juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the marinade generously over the salmon.
- Top each fillet with a fresh rosemary sprig.
- Roast in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Finish with a final drizzle of Oleajoy Olive Oil before serving.
