Beef Carpaccio with Oleajoy Olive Oil & Arugula

🍽️ Ingredients:

  • 150g beef fillet, very thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Oleajoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • A handful of fresh arugula (rocket)
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pine nuts (lightly toasted)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Optional: a few drops of lemon juice or balsamic glaze

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Plate the beef slices in a circular layer on a chilled plate.
  2. Drizzle generously with Oleajoy Olive Oil to coat the surface.
  3. Top with arugula, Parmesan shavings, and pine nuts.
  4. Season with freshly cracked pepper and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Finish with a light extra drizzle of Oleajoy olive oil and lemon juice if desired.

Best served cold as an appetizer with crusty bread or crostini.
